The Be Well Bus will be in Framlingham (Tuesday 27th February), Saxmundham (Wednesday 28th) and Aldeburgh (Thursday 29th February 2024), between the hours of 10am – 3pm (exact location tbc). As someone who works within and understands the need of the population of the area and surroundings, we would like to invite you to get on board.
Using existing knowledge from the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, Population Health Management and Core 20 Plus 5, we are focused on, but not limited to, providing space on the Be Well Bus to services to work within the following areas:
Mental health
- Falls prevention
- Opioid prescribing
- Child deprivation
- Age friendly community
- Dementia and cognitive decline
